Mr. Shlesinger was born in Washington, D.C. on December 23, 1954. He has been admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and before the U.S. District for the Eastern District of Virginia (1983), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (1987) and the United States Supreme Court (1988). Mr. Shlesinger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia (1977) and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton (1981).
Mr. Shlesinger is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
